APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Washougal

We've lived here for almost a year, and its been a wonderful experience so far. The new management (Alex and Cody) are amazing people to work with! Maintenance crew as well very friendly and professional.

I am very grateful to have found Lookout At the Ridge Apartments. My family recently relocated to the Camas area and I moved from my home of 34 years to be closer to them. Aleks in the office was absolutely wonderful. He was attentive and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect unit and helped me the entire way through the process. Dennis the maintenance person has been incredibly helpful as well. They have both shown me respect and kindness in helping me with all my needs and I am very grateful to both of them. My neighbors are kind and respectful and all the people around my unit seem to take pride in making this a safe and friendly place to call home.

I moved into these apartments a little over a week ago and I have been taken care of very well through the application process, approval process and the move in process. Alex has been a gem to work with and you can tell he takes pride in his job. 10/10 recommend (:

My home has an amazing view and today when my ice maker broke and started flooding my kitchen maintenance was at my door in 2 minutes flat! I like it here!

I love the staff! We moved into our apartment in 2023 and the staff was not well managed or together, but the newest ladies have turned this place around! They’re so on top of communication and getting our maintenance needs taken care of and are always so kind and helpful to the best of their capability! This major turn around would not of been possible without Dyanna and Stephanie! Thank you ladies for all the hard work 😊

Cody and Alex truly changed the feel of Lookout Ridge while we lived there. Without them, the community wouldn’t have felt nearly as homey or safe. They always took action when things needed attention, brought noticeable cosmetic uplifts to the property, and created a sense of connection with neighbors. They were actually present in the clubhouse, consistently available, and always prompt in answering questions or resolving issues. Their efforts made a huge difference in our experience, and we’re so thankful for the way they improved the community.

Few things here: 1. The new owners better keep Dyanna and Stephanie! They’re so so kind every time I come into the office. I honestly enjoy having a conversation with them outside of any questions due to living there! 2. They’re the FACES of Lookout Ridge apartments and they do their best to keep the facility running as smooth as possible. They have turned around the community since the last management company as you can tell the property is better maintained than before! 3. I wouldn’t have moved here if management didn’t change! Now that there’s new owners I’m honestly nervous I won’t see Stephanie or Dyanna anymore! If you’re the owners, I hope you see this! They’re amazing!

Lookout Ridge apartments are well kept and peaceful. The staff is great and very friendly!

We worked with Dyanna and got amazing customer service! She helped us through the process of renting, and was very compassionate about our situation. We ran into some trouble with our application and she helped us navigate the process. These homes are so beautiful and they feel so big! We are very grateful to be here.
