Absolutely love my new place! Management is amazing and my neighbors are the best very family oriented community and the gym was just recently updated.. It took awhile for a place to open up and come available but totally worth it I don't think we could be any happier 💕✨️. Unless there was a closer park near by we do have to walk kinda far or drive just a little ways a closer community park would be the only thing

We’ve lived here for about seven years and I can say that no one has done a better job than Codi and Alex. They are kind, helpful, and absolutely wonderful. Their efforts are making a huge difference in the property. We are thankful to have them at Lookout at the Ridge. Dennis the maintenance has been very helpful as well.

We just moved in a little over a week ago but the entire process has been incredibly smooth and the office staff is also incredibly helpful and on top of things! I would recommend this complex to anyone I know looking.

Just moved in. Great management to work with. Answered all our questions and were patient with us. Move in process was seamless and simple. The community has been very nice and welcoming as well.

This property is beautiful. Apartments are very spacious, it’s very quiet and the views are stunning. Cody and Aleks made the move in process easy (moving sucks) - then Dennis and Bohdan addressed our small maintenance requests immediately. We are very happy here!

We’ve lived here for the past two years, going on three now and there have been several changes in management/office staff. Some of them have been worse than others, but the management team they have currently in the office (Codi & Alex) are unbelievably kind and helpful. Any issues we’ve had they’ve been accommodating to help resolve. The maintenance staff has undergone a lot of restructure, too, and I’m happy to say that they are kind and do their best to resolve the issues that arise. Thank you for making our experience here better!

We've lived here for almost a year, and its been a wonderful experience so far. The new management (Alex and Cody) are amazing people to work with! Maintenance crew as well very friendly and professional.

I am very grateful to have found Lookout At the Ridge Apartments. My family recently relocated to the Camas area and I moved from my home of 34 years to be closer to them. Aleks in the office was absolutely wonderful. He was attentive and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect unit and helped me the entire way through the process. Dennis the maintenance person has been incredibly helpful as well. They have both shown me respect and kindness in helping me with all my needs and I am very grateful to both of them. My neighbors are kind and respectful and all the people around my unit seem to take pride in making this a safe and friendly place to call home.

I moved into these apartments a little over a week ago and I have been taken care of very well through the application process, approval process and the move in process. Alex has been a gem to work with and you can tell he takes pride in his job. 10/10 recommend (:
