Few things here: 1. The new owners better keep Dyanna and Stephanie! They’re so so kind every time I come into the office. I honestly enjoy having a conversation with them outside of any questions due to living there! 2. They’re the FACES of Lookout Ridge apartments and they do their best to keep the facility running as smooth as possible. They have turned around the community since the last management company as you can tell the property is better maintained than before! 3. I wouldn’t have moved here if management didn’t change! Now that there’s new owners I’m honestly nervous I won’t see Stephanie or Dyanna anymore! If you’re the owners, I hope you see this! They’re amazing!

Lookout Ridge apartments are well kept and peaceful. The staff is great and very friendly!

We worked with Dyanna and got amazing customer service! She helped us through the process of renting, and was very compassionate about our situation. We ran into some trouble with our application and she helped us navigate the process. These homes are so beautiful and they feel so big! We are very grateful to be here. THE STAFF IS UNIMAGINABLY KIND! Hello, I am a resident who owns a home in the Lookout Ridge neighborhood. I have a daughter who has been trying to get into the Ridge Apartments because they are within walking distance; she applied, and together, we found out that the staff was very caring and helpful, as if you were talking to a friend. My daughter ran into trouble with her application, and their team worked together to rectify the situation. I will say that whether or not my daughter gets her application approved is still in question, and it has now been passed on to the higher powers due to your hard work. I wanted to thank you personally in the best way I knew how for all the compassion and effort you put into her appeal. In conclusion, the property staff @ Look Out @ the Ridge are some of the kindest managers I’ve ever met in property management property staff. Thank you for the experience. Either way, the results turned out your staff was very professional. Great community, wonderful staff!

This place rocks! The ladies in the office are very helpful and friendly! The maintenance guys are always working hard and they are also very friendly! The apartments are really big and they have gas stoves which is hard to find nowadays and you can’t beat it’s location!

My wife and I have been looking for a place to live in Vancouver, Camas, or Washougal WA but we aren’t actually going to be able to move until end of March 2024. With our expected time frame pretty much every place we’ve contacted has seemed really bothered and made us feel like we were wasting their time! We’ve spoken with Rachel and Melinda at Lookout at the Ridge several times and every time they’ve both been so friendly, professional, and never made us feel like we were bothering or annoying them. When it comes time for us to move this is where we will be calling home! They are fantastic and my wife and I really appreciate all of their help.

I’ve lived here for several years now and I still am amazed by the view. It’s a peaceful spot, and we often see bunnies and deer. Sometimes the office will have little treats like donuts for us. One time a taco truck came. I really like the open feeling of the living room, dining room and kitchen in the 3 bedroom apartments. We enjoy sitting on my balcony and peeking at Mt. Hood. The kitchen is pretty with granite counters and my wood floor is beautiful in the dining and kitchen area. The schools are great! The property manager Melinda and Rachel are friendly. They are my favorite office staff we have had so far.

We are moving out of Lookout Ridge after 6 wonderful years here! We bought a home, but we'll definitely miss enjoying our coffee every morning with a view of the river and the mountain! The new staff here are great, and the ladies in the office are so sweet! The previous ones struggled to accomplish anything during COVID, and it really showed...just looking around the complex....now, it's back to being an incredibly beautiful, quiet place to live! Close to everything, but far enough away and kind of hidden up on the hill! Thanks for everything Lookout! See ya!
